As Executive Chef at Wood’s Chapel BBQ, he managed a team of 13, overseeing daily operations and developing new menu items. Previously, at Dirty Rascal, he focused on quality execution during dinner service and trained staff on culinary techniques. In his role as Kitchen Manager at Home LA, he standardized recipes and improved workflow for a team of 15. Fluent in English and Spanish, Anthony combines culinary creativity with strong leadership skills, making him a valuable asset in any kitchen.
