Chef Anthony is an accomplished chef with over eight years of experience in culinary management and nine years of butchering expertise. His extensive background includes work in New York City, where he mastered all kitchen stations and gained familiarity with Mediterranean, Asian, and Latin American cuisines. As Executive Chef at Wood’s Chapel BBQ, he managed a team of 13, overseeing daily operations and developing new menu items. Previously, at Dirty Rascal, he focused on quality execution during dinner service and trained staff on culinary techniques. In his role as Kitchen Manager at Home LA, he standardized recipes and improved workflow for a team of 15. Fluent in English and Spanish, Anthony combines culinary creativity with strong leadership skills, making him a valuable asset in any kitchen.
