My culinary journey began with family trips and diverse food experiences, from Northern American dishes in Detroit to BBQ and Cajun flavors in Texas. Growing up in Atlanta, I was immersed in the rich, soulful flavors of Southern cuisine, and have since developed a well-rounded expertise in global cuisines. Professional Experience: My career has been shaped by working in renowned kitchens, including Little Sparrow, recognized by the Michelin Committee. I have honed my skills under the guidance of esteemed chefs like Marcus Samuelsson and Alex Hitz. My dedication to culinary excellence led me to host Supper Clubs and pop-ups throughout the city, where I experiment with new cuisines and share my creations with others.
