Chef Essien has worked over the past 20 years, in many different venues all over the country, from Kiawah Island resort,The Mondrian Hotel, Wolfgang Puck's Catering, The US Open and most recently Signia By Hilton as the opening Garde Manger Chef. His passion and culinary acumen can be tasted in each bite.

Why I Cook

The reason why I cook is to bring people together to bond and create memories over good food while having a good time while sharing traditions from past and present. It brings me great satisfaction to see the smile on people's faces when they are enjoying their food and they stop and say" Hey Chef this is delicious ,best I have ever had."
