I started my culinary journey in high school. I was fortunate enough to go to a technical high school that had a culinary program. I have been on this path for a very long time. While culinary school does give you a firm grounding in culinary basics, it is working in restaurants, prepping and working on the line during service that I feel really teaches you how to be a great chef. I fell in love with being a chef when I was nine. I started watching the Food Network and it was over for me. I also have a passion for sharing my love of food with other people. I'm a pretty creative person but instead of creating paintings or statues, my art is my food and watching people enjoy it is one of my favorite parts of being a chef. I've had the opportunity to create so many different styles and flavors of food. I look forward to sharing it with you.
