My southern roots show great depths to my love of cooking. My cooking background goes all the way back to childhood, where I used to sit in the kitchen with my grannies, aunts & my mother and just admire what they did to make everyone's tummy full and hearts happy. Culinary school gave me a way to travel around the country and become a trained chef working in many different hotels alongside other chefs to set up and run their kitchens. I have expanded on my background, added personal chef and catering to my resume. I hope to show you my gifts soon !
