I’m Chef Lex, with a decade of passion and expertise simmering in various culinary settings, from leading vibrant kitchens to innovative food trucks. I was educated in culinary arts at the prestigious Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte! Since then I've been a personal chef for NFL players and business owners, and cooked under Food Network Star Marcus Samuelson at his Atlanta restaurant Marcus Bar & Grille and other notable establishments in Charlotte, NC.
