I'm Chef Mackinson and I have over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry including restaurants, hotels and resorts. I worked at a Michelin star restaurant for Chef Tom Colicchio in New York and also worked for President Trump at Mar-a-Lago Club. I have several years of seasonal experience working in Disney, Alaska, Phoenix, Colorado, and Nantucket. I also for degrees in culinary art, including a Bachelor

I like to cook because I enjoy marrying flavors together. I enjoy using a simple ingredient and building a menu around it.
