I’m am professionally trained chef who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu. I have over 20 years in the culinary industry, specializing in creating custom menus for all types of diets, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian. My passion lies in developing flavorful, creative dishes that cater to personal preferences and dietary needs. Over the years, I’ve worked as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Chef-Owner in various restaurants, resorts, and private events. I’ve led teams, managed kitchens, and handled everything from menu planning to food safety training. My career highlights include launching fusion-inspired menus, catering high-profile events. Food is my passion.

Why I Cook

I have been cooking in the kitchen with my grandmother and mother in the kitchen since I was a child as I became older I grew to enjoy food from all different ethnic background ,cooking has become my passion. I enjoy cooking delicious food for my clients and is rewarded by seeing happy faces.
