About me

Chef Troy attended the Art Institute of Atlanta's Culinary Arts program and has 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In his extensive career, Chef Troy has served as Executive Chef at Atlanta's own Grady Hospital and as lead chef for Augusta National Golf Club Masters tournament. In these roles he had the opportunity to create menus, lead other culinary professionals, and focus on efficiency and food safety. His career has also extended to catering weddings and preparing cuisines from India, South America, and Africa. In addition to being an extraordinary chef, Chef Troy is also a Morehouse man!

Why I Cook

Cooking to me is an art form. Being able to create something that is essential to all and witness the end result of satisfaction, is the reason why I cook.
